Function
TA+P2I is used to connect ISDN devices to analog (POTS) phone lines. One of its applications is to connect ISDN phones to e.g. cable modems (emTA) with POTS sockets. The S0 bus according to EURO ISDN standard supports up to 8 ISDN devices, thereof up to 4 powered by the ISDN bus. Alternatively, an ISDN PABX can be connected (also appropriate to connect fax machines, group 3).
